Apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival, with check-out by 11am. Where possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests but can never guarantee these – please enquire in advance.

We’re delighted to welcome pets for an additional charge. Dedicated pet-friendly floors are available to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Please let us know in advance if you’re travelling with a four-legged companion.

While we don’t offer on-site parking, convenient local NCP options are available just moments away. Our concierge team will be happy to advise on locations and pre-book spaces if required.

Folio Kensington is designed with accessibility in mind, offering step-free entry and lift access to all apartment levels. If you have specific requirements, please let us know ahead of your stay so we can make arrangements.
